So since I am starting to get more active on DA, both in posting and Faves/Comments, I figured I needed to make a Journal entry introducing myself a little. Helps if people can get a feel for you, ya know?

So I'll just blurt out the basics: I'm a married gay man (Married to the man of my dreams on Sept 20th 2008, yes - legally) who wants to grow up and be a photographer one day (keep in mind I am 41 yrs old, but far from grown up). In the mean time I am a house husband and retail monkey.

I am in love with my Canon, but I am slow in the training. I am trying to self teach on how to better use the tools I have at my disposal. I would love to get into the world of nudes, but that takes proving yourself first before models will work with you. In the meantime, I busy myself with video games, Sookie Stackhouse books and of course browsing DA and just being stunned at how much talent is out there.

(and btw: Just a personal thing with me, I will never watermark my images and the originals will usually be made available for download should someone wish to. I am also not one to Fav+ something with a huge watermark on it. There are plenty of ways to claim/protect your work without ruining it in the process.)
